Cycle trails

Enjoy woods of Halland from the saddle – cycle trails

Nothing beats the feeling of exploring under your own steam and on a bike you’ll get to see a lot more of the beautiful surroundings. Remember to steer off the path occasionally to explore the sights off the beaten track.

Tips for cyclists

  • Check your bike. The brake pads may have dried, perhaps the chain needs oiling and the tyres pumping.
  • Dress suitably. Different layers are a good idea, but do not dress too warm.
  • Remember that it is your legs that are to do the job. Sit still on the saddle, if you roll from side to side it
    can cause chafing.
  • Drink and eat continually so that you do not run out of fuel.
